Materials with character. Processes with purpose.

Not sure which wood or decoration process will give the result you want? Choose material, shape and artwork together before committing to production.

Review the outline, thickness and component fit as well as the front decoration when approving your own sample.

Before you approve

Review the material and decoration on a sample.

Walnut, oak, beech, pine, MDF, bamboo, rubber wood, cherry and mahogany are available materials. CNC, laser work, UV and screen printing, painting, staining and polishing are available processes. Confirm the combination for your design.

Wood and wood-based materials

Walnut, oak, beech, pine, MDF, bamboo, rubber wood, cherry and mahogany. Natural grain and colour vary. Confirm the proposed material and finish on your sample rather than assuming identical appearance from a photograph.

Shaping, decoration and finish

CNC, laser engraving and cutting, UV printing, screen printing, painting and staining, polishing, metal and acrylic integration, logo engraving and variable names or numbers. Each process needs a suitable design and material. The team can review your artwork and suggest an appropriate construction before sampling.

Mixed materials

Acrylic and metal can be combined with wood. Review edges, alignment, stability and packaging in the assembled sample. A material substitution can change both the process and the schedule.
