What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ is 1 for wood products. Tell us whether you need a finished one-off piece or a sample for a bulk order. Mixed-material requirements are reviewed by project.
How quickly can I receive a quote?
Quotes are provided within 24 hours. Send dimensions, quantity, artwork, materials, packaging, destination and arrival date; incomplete specifications may need clarification.
How fast are samples?
All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day. Mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Confirm the design-specific schedule; these estimates exclude shipping.
How long does bulk production take?
After sample approval, orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Shipping and delivery time are additional and depend on the destination.
Can wood be combined with acrylic or metal?
Yes. Wood, acrylic and metal can be integrated in custom awards. Confirm the construction, decoration and packaging during design and sample review.
Can I revise the design?
Design revisions are available before production approval. Confirm any effect on cost and timing. Changes after approval require a separate feasibility review.
Can each award have a different name?
Yes. Variable names and numbers are available. Supply a structured list and approve spelling, layout and the final data before the agreed cutoff.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. EXW and DDP pricing are available. Share your destination and postal code so the shipping scope and transit estimate can be confirmed.
Are you ISO certified?
No. Yuesen has no ISO certification. Discuss your required specification and inspection points before approving production.
