Specifications and approval
Confirm materials, dimensions, artwork, finish, quantity and packaging in writing. Design revisions are available before production approval. Changes after approval require review.
Prices and schedules
Website timing is indicative. Confirm the project price, payment terms, shipping scope and schedule in the quotation. Production estimates exclude transit unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Artwork and concerns
Only submit artwork you are authorised to use. Raise any order concern with the order reference and supporting details at info@yuesentrophy.com. This page does not replace your agreed order terms.
