Before you approve

You can revise before production approval.

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. After sample approval, roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Confirm the project-specific schedule; transit is additional.

1. Share the brief

Send quantity, dimensions, material preference, artwork, packaging, destination and required arrival date.

2. Quote and develop the design

Quotes are provided within 24 hours. Confirm assumptions, EXW or DDP scope and the proposed design. Resolve missing details before relying on the production schedule.

3. Make and review the sample

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Review the result and request revisions before production approval.

4. Approve for bulk production

Confirm the sample, artwork, personalization data and packaging. Roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks after sample approval, depending on the confirmed order.

5. Arrange shipment

Worldwide shipping is available. Confirm the destination, shipping arrangement and transit estimate separately from production timing.
