Every award needs the right name, but long text, late lists and different numbers can complicate the order.

Yes. Yuesen can add variable names and numbers through suitable engraving or printing processes. Supply a structured list and approve the layout and data before the relevant production stage.
Prepare one consistent list
Use one row per award and separate columns for name, title, number and any other variable field. Include a unique item reference where possible. Check accents, capitalisation, punctuation and duplicates before sending the list.
Test the longest wording
A layout that fits a short name may not fit the longest name. Ask how long entries and different character sets will be handled. Review a representative proof before approving the complete list, including any numbering sequence.
If the winners are not final
Tell the team when the final list will be available. Ask whether the proposed construction can accommodate later personalization and agree a cutoff date. Do not assume that bodies can be produced first or names added at the last moment for every design.
