The answer for your order
All-wood samples can be made as fast as 1 day for suitable, confirmed designs. Mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. These are sample-making estimates, not promises of delivery to your address.
When the schedule can be confirmed
Share the shape, dimensions, material, artwork and finish first. A simple wood shape and an assembly with custom metal parts require different preparation. Material availability, finishing steps and design revisions can affect the sample schedule. Confirm the applicable timing for your project before relying on it.
Separate making from shipping
Ask for the expected sample-ready date and a separate transit estimate to your destination. Allow time to receive and inspect the sample, send feedback and approve any changes. A one-day sample does not mean next-day international delivery.
What to inspect
Check proportions, stability, engraving or print placement, spelling, finish and how the product fits its box. Natural wood grain varies between pieces. Record approved dimensions and artwork alongside the physical sample so bulk production has a clear reference.
