Can I reorder an award for next year's event?
You want next year’s award to follow the same design. Old artwork, material details and new names need to be reconciled.
The answer for your order
Discuss repeat or annual orders when developing the first award. Provide the previous order reference, approved artwork, dimensions, material, finish and photographs when requesting a repeat quote. Availability and any changes must be reconfirmed.
Keep an order reference pack
Retain a copy of the approved design, sample photographs, final wording, packaging details and quantity. Do not assume that a supplier retains every file indefinitely. Ask which production records can be kept and for how long.
Identify what has changed
List the new quantity, dates, names and numbering separately from the elements that should stay the same. If an exact visual match matters, provide a retained sample and discuss natural wood variation and material availability.
Reconfirm the schedule and quote
A repeat order still needs a confirmed price and delivery plan. Ask whether a new sample is appropriate if the material, finish or construction changes. For annual programmes, request the next order early enough to accommodate review and shipping.
