How do I order trophies for a fixed event date?
The event cannot move. Sample reviews, final names and transport all need room in the plan.
The answer for your order
Provide the event date, required arrival date, destination and quantity with your first enquiry. Plan design, sample approval, bulk production and transit separately. An estimated production window is not a delivery guarantee.
Work back from arrival
Allow time to receive, inspect and distribute the awards before the event. Include sample shipping and possible revisions in the plan. For roughly 100–1,000 pieces, bulk orders can typically ship about 3 weeks after sample approval, with transit additional.
Agree approval deadlines
Ask when the artwork, sample and final names must be approved to support the proposed schedule. Nominate one approver where possible. If your list of winners is late, discuss that constraint before selecting the construction.
If timing is tight
Ask which design or packaging choices could simplify the project and which delivery options are available. Confirm the revised specification and schedule in writing. Avoid assuming a rush service, expedited transport or customs clearance will always be available.
