Can I change the design before production?

The first design may not capture what you intended. Resolve changes while the specification is still being developed.

Before you approve

The answer for your order

Yes. Design revisions are available before production approval. Review the shape, dimensions, materials, artwork, wording and finish before giving approval. The effect of any change on price or timing should be confirmed.

Make feedback specific

Collect feedback from the people who will approve the award. Mark changes on one clearly identified version and distinguish required changes from preferences. This helps avoid conflicting artwork or separate messages describing different instructions.

Check the whole award

Look beyond the front logo. Confirm the base, back, edges, assembly, names or numbers and packaging. For mixed materials, check how the components meet. A physical sample can help evaluate details that a flat drawing does not show.

Changes after approval

Ask immediately if a change becomes necessary after approval. Feasibility depends on what has already been made or purchased; extra work or a revised schedule may be needed. Do not assume that revisions are unlimited, free or possible at every production stage.
