Ask for a clear delivery scope
Specify the named destination and ask which transport, handling and import-related charges are included, plus any exclusions. Confirm receiving requirements and the information needed from your organisation. The written quotation should identify the agreed delivery arrangement.
Separate dispatch and arrival
About 3 weeks after sample approval is a typical bulk shipment estimate for roughly 100–1,000 pieces, not a worldwide arrival promise. Transit, customs and local delivery need separate allowance. Share the required arrival date at the quotation stage.
Packaging and receiving
Tell us about individual presentation boxes, bulk cartons or other packaging needs. When the shipment arrives, check quantities and visible condition against the order documents and keep photographs of any issue for discussion. Agree any specific inspection requirements before production.
