How long does it take to make 100–1,000 trophies?
You have a batch to order and an arrival date to meet. A production estimate alone does not tell you when the awards will reach you.
The answer for your order
After sample approval, bulk orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. The confirmed schedule depends on the design, materials, personalization and order requirements. International transit is additional.
Define the starting point
The estimate starts after sample approval, not at the first enquiry. Quotation, design discussion, sample production, delivery and revisions need their own time. Confirm commercial requirements and the production start date with your quotation.
Information that affects scheduling
Provide the quantity by design, materials, dimensions, finish, variable names or numbers, packaging and destination. Mixed-material components or late changes can alter the sequence. Ask when final artwork and personalization data must be approved.
Plan backwards from the event
State the required arrival date as well as the event date. Ask for a production-ready date and a transit estimate separately, and allow time for customs and receiving checks. Do not treat an estimated shipment date as an arrival guarantee.
