Otherwise provide brand / SKU, nominal volume, maximum body diameter, total height, shoulder and neck profile, filled weight, bottle count, orientation, and whether bottles are mixed. One, two, three, champagne, magnum, spirits, and accessory-set programs may need distinct dimensions, dividers, cavities, tooling, or packing. The final fit is approved through the controlled sample.

State whether the insert presents the bottle, controls movement, keeps bottles apart, includes an accessory, or needs to tolerate a defined retail, handover, courier, pallet, or container route. Decorative filler, a divider, a fitted foam cavity, and export packaging are different layers. A presentation box is not automatically a universally parcel-ready shipper.

Specify sliding, lift-off, inset, or hinged lid; closure direction; any hinge / lid-support need; handle or no-handle direction; hardware finish; artwork, position, size, colour / foil reference; variable data; and required approval gate. A loaded-box handle is reviewed with the actual capacity and bottle load.

The usual project holds a sealed bottle and is external presentation packaging, not a food-contact-material claim. Do not publish food-safe, food-grade, non-toxic, universal bottle fit, break-proof, ISPM-15, FSC, sustainable, or eco-friendly language unless the final product, evidence scope, and requested market claim support it. Separate the finished box from any outer shipping pallet or crate requirements.

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Confirm the design, material, artwork and sample cost before work begins. These estimates exclude shipping and revisions.

After sample approval, orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Confirm the schedule for the design and quantity. Production time is separate from international transit and arrival. Agree the sample, artwork, dimensions, finish and inspection requirements before production approval. Report any concern with the order reference and photographs. Any remedy is reviewed against the agreed order terms.
