Product Configurator

Build A Quote-Ready Wine Box Brief.

Choose the bottle program, fit and retention, insert, opening, closure, handling, exterior, branding, packaging, and delivery directions. Selections start a factory review—they do not create a universal bottle-fit, transport, food-contact, or compliance claim.

01 · Bottle Program

Bottle Program And Capacity

Choose capacity after the actual bottle family is known. A nominal volume alone does not establish bottle fit.

02 · Bottle Fit

Bottle Fit And Retention

Choose the retention direction; final fit needs a physical bottle or controlled dimensions and sample approval.

03 · Insert

Interior Protection And Presentation

Filler, fabric, divider, and accessory zones are separate presentation or protection choices; specify the transport path where relevant.

04 · Lid And Opening

Lid And Opening Form

Choose the opening form first. Hinge, closure, and handle systems are configured separately when required.

05 · Closure

Closure And Retention Hardware

Choose the closure separately from the lid. Hardware material, finish, fitting, and retention performance are confirmed by project.

06 · Handling

Carrying And Handling Direction

Select rope handle, die-cut grip, or no handle after the actual loaded bottle set, user route, and handling requirement are known.

07 · Exterior

Exterior Wood And Finish

Choose the body direction; final material, thickness, grain, colour, sheen, loaded weight, and construction are controlled by project.

08 · Branding

Branding And Retail Presentation

Artwork, position, colour / foil, variable data, and the material-specific result are confirmed through the sample process.

09 · Packaging

Packaging And Delivery Pack

Specify the product presentation and the separate transit-protection route: unit protection, master carton, labels, and freight handling.

10 · Delivery

Delivery Method

Choose buyer-arranged factory collection or door-to-door DDP. Final import and delivery route are confirmed from the RFQ.
