The RFQ should state the product type, maximum length, width, height, count per box, product weight, fragile or surface-sensitive areas, and how the product should be removed. The final interior layout, clearance, cavity, divider, and contact material are confirmed from the supplied sample, product, or controlled dimensions.

Choose a hinged, sliding, lift-off, drawer, or project-reviewed clear-panel direction. Hinge type, magnetic closure, closure alignment, hardware finish, lid angle, and expected use are reviewed against the actual box construction and approved sample. No hardware performance or cycle result is assumed before this review.

Specify material preference, colour direction, grain expectation, marking method, artwork location, and any variable data. Solid wood, board, veneer, paint, print, engraving, nameplate, and gold-fill directions are selected in the quotation and confirmed with the approved sample because the result depends on the actual material and finish.

Separate retail presentation from parcel or export protection. State whether the finished box needs a sleeve, wrap, EPE protection, carton pack quantity, destination, and delivery route. For repeat orders, provide the approved sample, current artwork, packaging version, and any required dimensional or material revision.

MOQ starts at 1 piece for a prototype, a first project, or a single presentation build. Unit cost changes with confirmed dimensions, materials, components, decoration, protective packaging, quantity, and delivery route.

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Confirm the design, material, artwork and sample cost before work begins. These estimates exclude shipping and revisions.

After sample approval, orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Confirm the schedule for the design and quantity. Production time is separate from international transit and arrival. Agree the sample, artwork, dimensions, finish and inspection requirements before production approval. Report any concern with the order reference and photographs. Any remedy is reviewed against the agreed order terms.
