State whether the project is a cigar presentation / gift box, a display product, a passive desktop humidor, a cabinet, or another storage format. A cedar interior, a gauge, or a humidifier component alone does not establish long-term humidity performance. For humidor work, specify target use, operating conditions, system direction, calibration / care needs, and functional acceptance scope.

Provide cigar length and ring gauge or cigar-box dimensions; loose / boxed mix; capacity expectation; preferred orientation; divider, tray, drawer, shelf, accessory, and clearance requirements. Any stated capacity is an estimate tied to the buyer-supplied format and the final approved layout.

State solid or glass lid direction, access angle, hardware finish, hinge / latch / lock requirement, display and artwork placement, finish reference, and relevant functional checks. Glass interfaces and locks require project-specific construction and packing review; a lock is not presented as a child-safety feature.

The factory supplies the empty wood box / storage / display / packaging product, not cigars or tobacco compliance. Do not publish health, tobacco-product, airtightness, precision-humidity, freshness, flavor, mold-prevention, non-toxic, lead-free, certification, or environmental claims unless the final product evidence and required legal review support that exact wording.

MOQ starts at 1 piece for a prototype, a first project, or a single presentation build. Unit cost changes with confirmed dimensions, materials, components, decoration, protective packaging, quantity, and delivery route.

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Confirm the design, material, artwork and sample cost before work begins. These estimates exclude shipping and revisions.

After sample approval, orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Confirm the schedule for the design and quantity. Production time is separate from international transit and arrival. Agree the sample, artwork, dimensions, finish and inspection requirements before production approval. Report any concern with the order reference and photographs. Any remedy is reviewed against the agreed order terms.
