Provide each pin’s maximum length, width, thickness, post length, back-clasp type, quantity, intended arrangement, and preferred spacing. The usable capacity, backing construction, and clearance are confirmed against physical pins or an approved 1:1 drawing; a generic display count is not treated as a fit guarantee.

Select the backing visual direction, open or enclosed display route, transparent face preference, lid or door direction, and closure preference separately. Exact material grade, panel dimensions, hinge behavior, closure force, lock performance, and protective performance are reviewed against the final build scope.

Provide the logo or artwork file, usage authorization, exact text, colour reference, version count, and proof approver. The factory can review laser engraving, print, metal nameplates, insert cards, and serial-number directions. Third-party marks, licensed designs, and official symbols must be authorized by the buyer.

MOQ starts at 1 piece for a single presentation case, a prototype, or a first project. Unit cost changes with finished dimensions, construction, interior system, hardware, decoration, protective packaging, and quantity.

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Confirm the design, material, artwork and sample cost before work begins. These estimates exclude shipping and revisions.

After sample approval, orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Confirm the schedule for the design and quantity. Production time is separate from international transit and arrival. Agree the sample, artwork, dimensions, finish and inspection requirements before production approval. Report any concern with the order reference and photographs. Any remedy is reviewed against the agreed order terms.

Quotes within 24 hours. Send dimensions, materials, quantity, artwork, packaging, destination and required arrival date. EXW and DDP pricing are available; confirm sample charges, payment terms and delivery scope in the written quotation.

EXW is the standard quotation basis. Door-to-door DDP can be quoted when requested. The final route depends on destination, shipment size, packaging, timing, and import requirements. Factory collection and protective export packing can be planned from the RFQ.
