State the coin diameter, thickness, quantity, and whether the item is a loose coin, capsule, 2×2 flip, graded slab, medal, or mixed collection. A capacity figure is confirmed only after the actual item or an approved drawing has been checked against row pitch, recess depth, insert tolerance, and display orientation.

Select retention geometry and contact material as separate decisions. Starting retention directions include routed upright rows, round recesses, capsule or slab slots, custom-fit foam, and mixed-size grids. Starting contact linings include felt, velvet or velour, flocked textile, and textile-faced shaped foam. Specify the item reference, acceptable movement, interior colour, removable-tray need, and whether medals, pins, ribbons, patches, or certificates require their own zones. Final fit and material suitability are sample-reviewed; archival, anti-tarnish, inert, scratch-free, and shock-proof claims require supporting evidence.

Specify the panel direction separately from the opening and closure system. Starting panel choices include clear acrylic, clear glass, low-reflection panel, or a buyer-specified material. Starting motion choices include visible hinge plus lid stay, concealed hinge, or compact support; closure directions include concealed magnet, mechanical catch, or keyed latch. Supply aperture dimensions, lid dimensions and finished weight, required opening angle, handling pattern, panel environment, hardware finish, and destination. Exact panel grade, thickness, UV/glare/scratch performance, hinge load, opening angle, closure force, lock security, and final fit are confirmed from the approved material, drawing, and sample.

Project directions can include solid oak, walnut, pine, ash, beech, maple, birch, cherry, bamboo, plywood, veneer, MDF, and other project-sourced species. Clear, matte, gloss, stain, two-tone, and custom paint directions can be reviewed. Final construction, grain, colour, thickness, and finish are approved for the exact case.

Select laser engraving, UV colour print, a combined treatment, an engraved metal nameplate, or another reviewed direction. State the exact marked location, wood and finish, artwork file, colour reference, text or variable data, version count, and proof approver. AI, EPS, or vector PDF is preferred for precise outlines; a high-resolution PNG, drawing, or product reference is sufficient to start. Final colour, detail, placement, adhesion, durability, metal specification, and timing are confirmed after material and sample review.
