Factory Scope

The Product, Its Components, And The Delivery Plan Are Reviewed Together.

Awards, display cases, premium packaging, hospitality products, pet furniture, learning sets, and wall décor require different component systems. The practical factory scope changes with the product, but the review path stays controlled.

Product Development

Review the reference, dimensions, material direction, components, artwork, and sample requirement before production is quoted.

Wood Component Work

Coordinate wood, board, machining, assembly, hardware, clear panels, lining, nameplates, and finish around the approved build.

Project Control

Carry one written scope from sample through quotation, inspection direction, packaging, delivery planning, and repeat-order reference.

Export Preparation

Define product-fit protection, corrugated outer cartons, factory collection or DDP against the confirmed destination and route.

Packing Activity

Protective Pack-Out Is Defined With The Product And Delivery Route.

This workshop frame shows an active packing area. Protective materials, outer-carton direction, inspection scope, and delivery route are confirmed against the approved product build and quotation.

Commercial Baseline

A Controlled First Project Is The Basis For A Repeat Program.

All-wood samples can be as fast as 1 day; mixed-material samples are generally within 1 week. Confirm the design, material, artwork and sample cost before work begins. These estimates exclude shipping and revisions. After sample approval, orders of roughly 100–1,000 pieces can typically ship within about 3 weeks. Confirm the schedule for the design and quantity. Production time is separate from international transit and arrival.

Quote-Ready Information

The Quotation Starts With The Inputs That Control The Build.
